- Demonstrate a willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales.
- Previous roofing sales experience is advantageous but not necessary - we will provide comprehensive training to make you a Certified Roof Top Expert.
- Able to use personal vehicle for work.

- 100k in volume turned in (2 months) Total of 1 million TOTAL SALES
- RWU insurance curriculum 75% completed
- RWU management curriculum completed
- Mock Demo Final passed w/ Bill
- 2 Sales Meetings ran w/ supervision
- 3 Full reference pages
- 10 interviews conducted
- 2 recruits - producing 100k each month
- 2 customer disputes solved
